Get directionsNo. The barista, roasting and pastry courses all start from the basics, so beginners can join. Students with café experience use the same courses to formalise their skills and earn a certificate.
If you want a café job quickly, start with the Speciality Barista Course. If you want to work in production or source coffee, take Foundation of Coffee Roasting. If you prefer the kitchen, choose the Pastry & Baking Course.
