Jex Institute was born from a simple observation: Dubai's thriving café scene needed professionals who could do more than just push buttons on an espresso machine.
Founded in 2018, we set out to create a training center that mirrors the reality of modern café operations. Our founders—industry veterans with decades of combined experience—designed a curriculum that bridges the gap between the roastery, the espresso bar, and the pastry kitchen.
